Shearer’s Cottage

Still used by shearer’s in the spring, the Shearer’s Quarters offer basic accommodation for large families and groups looking for an affordable and private get away in Lake Tekapo.

The Shearer’s holiday cottage offers large spacious self-contained accommodation that is a real sun trap in summer. Beautiful location, with brilliant sun rise and sun set views across the main divide, and excellent location for star gazing. Still used by our shearers so basic, clean and fun for family gatherings and large groups.
